YES! I want to reserve my spot in your custom Booklets Delivered program. I understand my $97 enrollment fee will hold my spot and that I can insert up to 3 different booklets into the program for my enrollment fee. I understand that my custom booklet will be printed on demand and will mail out to my customer within three business days of their order.

I further understand that the billing will be done and appear on my credit card statement under the name Speaker Fulfillment Services, which is the parent company of Booklets Delivered.
